Description
Trustlytics lets you add the Trustlytics tracking script to your
WordPress site without touching your theme’s template files.
Fully translatable into any language via translate.wordpress.org.
Paste the tracking snippet you copied from your Trustlytics account once, and the
plugin automatically outputs the script in the <head> of every page generated
by WordPress.
How it works
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Open the Trustlytics menu in your WordPress admin.
- Paste the full Trustlytics tracking code, e.g.
- The plugin extracts your domain automatically and starts tracking on all
front-end pages.
Privacy
This plugin does not send any data to Trustlytics itself (no phone-home). It only
outputs the tracking script on your pages. Only your visit counts are collected —
no accounts, passwords or personal data. The tracking script’s own data handling
is governed by Trustlytics.
This plugin loads the tracking script from a third-party service:

- Privacy Policy: https://www.trustlytics.ch/en/privacy-policy.html
Installation
- Upload the
trustlytics-analyticsfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install
the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
- Go to Trustlytics in the admin menu.
- Paste your Trustlytics tracking code and click Save changes.

Where do I get my tracking code?

Copy it from your Trustlytics account under the tracking code section.

Do I need to enter my domain separately?

No. Paste the full snippet and the plugin reads the domain from
data-domain
automatically. You can also paste just the bare domain if you prefer. -
Does it work with any theme?

Yes. It uses the standard WordPress
wp_headhook, which virtually every theme
calls. -
What happens when I delete the plugin?

The stored domain option is removed automatically.
