Not-image (We used css to display the loader, hence image is not used)

Settings – Can:

Enable/Disable the preloader
Set Background color of preloading window
Set 3 lines preloader colors

Arbitrary section

Installation

Upload wp-simple-site-preloader to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin
Enable / Customize the preloader under “wp-admin” > “Site Preloader Settings” option.
