There are zero updates from their team—every month I have to follow up myself just to ask about progress. I only have 1 year of included support, and 2 months of that period have already been completely wasted waiting for a fix to one minor issue. They claim that their support team consists of "knowledgeable WooCommerce support agents and developers." Judging by my experience, that couldn't be further from the truth. This leads to a frustrating user experience where you have to wait a second or more between selecting filter options, as well as dealing with layout shifts as filters are removed from the widget dynamically.It's not possible to disable the Javascript responsible for dynamically adjusting filters without breaking the feature. If it's disabled, only a single filter option is applied when you hit the "submit" button.
