## Description

This plugin is a service of [Data443.com](https://www.data443.com).

Welcome Bar is a plugin based on the idea of the “Hello Bar” but that appears only
when a visitor call a specific URL, like this:

http://yoursite.com/?welcome=Facebook

In a few words, you can use this plugin when you are receiving traffic from a specific
source and you’d like to welcome these users with a specific message or promote 
a specific offer/subscription.

This strategy has been used a lot on site like BetaList and ProductHunt and has

### May I leave the bar fixed without calling it by an URL?

Actually this is only a premium feature. The free version works only calling the
bar via URL.

### May I use a bar on multiple page?

### Does this plugin collect any usage data?

Usage tracking is **opt-in and disabled by default**. Nothing is sent unless you
explicitly enable “Usage Tracking” on the plugin’s Settings screen. When enabled,
the plugin sends anonymous, non-personal information over HTTPS (site URL, WordPress
version and language, the active plugin/theme inventory, and published post counts)
to help us improve the product. You can turn it off again at any time from the same
Settings screen.
